Just saw this now...park at Arlinton Cemetery and metro back to Capitol? Well over 1 mile walk past all the monuments and the Smithsonian Mall.

Early arrival and use street parking around the smithsonian?

Metered, so return often to feed the meter is a problem.

Maybe locals have a better idea.

I've looked online at all the traditional conservative sites, and can't find any significant coverage of today's rally.

Does anyone know if there is any live streaming, someone live tweeting, etc.?

The government cut the sound to that feed for quite some time in the beginning. I guess they decided to throw us a bone and let us hear it afterall.

My parents were Taft people. I was out working to try to elect Barry Goldwater. I’m an old YAFer, even a member of the New York State Board for two years (and on three YAF Platform Committees.)

I’m certain I’m in a file.

Shortly after the start of the rally I gave my 2 signs to two “oldtimers” in chairs near the front of the group. They loved the signs and wanted to know where I got them. They had come on a bus from NC and promised to use them there too.

They said END THE IRS in the middle and said Flat Tax and Fair Tax on the sides. As always, Free Republic.com is across the bottom! I always add stars in red and blue.

Sorry we missed each other.
