I never thought of him of anything more than a self-confessed criminal. But if I were on the jury I would try to mullify the more serious charges.
If you haven't noticed everyone is wondering with all this ability to gather info why weren't terrorist attacks such as the attempted car bombing in NYC, and the Boston bombing stopped.
No, I never wondered that. My first posting on this topic was that NSA doesn't need to know my phone call records to find terrorists. Same applies to 100's of millions of other people. Multiply by 100's of records each. Now square that number, that's the minimum computations to perform even a rudimentary search.
They simply choke on all the extra data. Never mind the fact that it can be abused. It is useless.

Look at the attempted car bomb in NYC.
Prior to the attacks the Obama adm. and all his allies on the left began a coordinated attack against the TEA Party as being right wing extremist, racist, ultra violent, Tim McVeigh wanna-bees out to overthrow the govt of the US.
The car bomb attempt turned out to be a fertilizer bomb so the entire left claim that proved it had to be the TEA Party.
There is one of 3 possibilities, better yet lets increase it to 4 possibilities.
The Obama adm. orchestrated the news for the attack in order to blame the TEA Party.
The terrorist picked up on the dems. talking points about the TEA Party being a bunch of Tim McVeigh wanna-bees and planned their attack around the dems talking points.
It’s all just a giant coincidence that the terrorist attack and the dems talking points prior to the attack matched.
The TEA Party really did do it and the dems talking points about the TEA Party before the attack really are correct.
