Breeding does tell. He was hired to handle the masses, by some seriously nasty NWO types. Problem— he’s not up to it w/out TOTUS and even with TOTUS because his mental upgrade did not come with it. An agitator, provocateur, and o how they love to be dissed. Easy to do with a sniper team in tow in a country w/out a 2nd Amendment or a Bill of Rights.
