There are things people at IRS do that would still be needed to be done if you abolished the agency.
It's better to just ABOLISH the federal income tax system. Then downsize.
A final act would be to rename it something else.
There are a lot of good ideas here. I just hope any of the ones that reduces the IRS happen.
