Text of the lawsuit filed against Paula Deen, her Brother Bubba Hiers and their oyster restaurant

http://www.atlawblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/Jackson-v.-Deen-et-al.-Complaint.pdf

In PDF format
Filed by Lisa Jackson who is white and claims she also suffered from racial discrimination while working there
In my book this lawsuit was and is an attempt at legalized extortion. To get paid off so you can go home with a million dollar. Deen and her brother did not pay off this money grubber and now it has seriously impacted her as she gets fired from the Food Network

As you read or skim through it you will see that 99% of the accusation are made against the brother Bubba who seesm to be part owner with Paula Deen

That's evidence that they are niggardly with their money, and this guy likely won't see a dime in a coon's age.

That, in a nutshell, is the black and white of it.

It will be interesting to see who the Fed Govt backs when the ‘war of the cities’ between the Blacks and Hispanics heats up.

When the Blacks (finally) figure out that the illegals are not only taking their jobs, their extended families are cutting into the freebies and ‘crunch time’ will be when the ‘powers that be’ figure the free loading Hispanics are ‘worth’ more because they are ‘working’ the menial jobs.

It ainta gonna be pretty and the only end can be the ‘winners’ taking us on OR worse yet, they banding together against us.

Either way, it is NOT going to be good for OUR country.

The Obama Free S**t Army wants their “Fair Share”.

The government created minority/Gangsta culture that believes they have a right to what others earn is destroying our culture, street by street, neighborhood by neighborhood. It is sapping our vitality and draining our wealth to feed the appetites of the Slug Culture,

In twenty years America will be a dismal place.

There will be many more takers than makers, many more destroyers than builders.

The remaining minority who have the drive to work for a living or have the entrepreneurial spirit to open a business will either Go Galt, give up entirely, or go to other countries to escape the oppressive "Fair Share" culture.

No one will want to break their backs for years to build a business or personal wealth only to have it stripped away by an army of leftoid moochers seeking wealth redistribution for an imaginary slight, by feigning damage and harm or just outright theft or government confiscation.

When there are no markets, restaurants or stores in their neighborhoods people will start to realize what our government has done to them but it will be too late.

It is already happening in places like Detroit because of the minority / gangsta /slug culture and it will be coming to every town and city in the country unless there is a sea change in our government and culture.

Exactly. They'd probably just gamble the money anyway and then renege on the bet.

Oops, I just used the English language. That language is inappropriate, hurtful, and totally unacceptable. To set an example let's all speak Spanish and have a beer summit. Maybe the White House can supply the Negra Modelo.

I know that you understand this, but do you really believe that the occupants of these newly-created ghettos will understand, too?

To find out, all you have to do is poll the occupants of our current ghettos, none of which will either understand or agree with your premise.

Results of poll will be: "We're this way because The Rich don't pay their "fair share".

Some liberal types say that businesses fled our inner cities due to racism. I think most of us know the real reason why businesses do not locate in certain ghetto areas.

Are those businesses even allowed to move out of such neighborhoods. Wouldn't that be akin to the (earlier) banking practice of "redlining" certain neighborhoods? After all, closing your business after the upteenth stick-up and moving elsewhere would probably have a "disparate effect" on minority communities - and ought therefore to be unlawful.

Hello, as a former resident of Harlem I can tell you that there already are no stores, restaurants, markets, etc. in that neighborhood. There wasn’t even a dive bar.

Thanks for this timely post.

Nothing like shining a light on the politically correct press and their sledgehammer use of that word. This of simply taking an instance of the usage of one word to crush a decent citizen. This is if person was unwary enough to have used it months or years ago.

Maggots do not like the harsh light of day. Maggots they are! They are even worse than the woman who complained. (imho)

My experience is that the only people the Blacks and Hispanics hate more than White people are each other! And I agree the big fight will be over the Blacks being squeezed out of more jobs and benefits by the increased influx across our border.

Deep Pockets are targets of Lawyers all over this country, and for "offended" (a claim ALWAYS used by Minorities), or "negligent" (the basis for all those zillion warning labels where dufusses stick their fingers in running lawnmowers, etc., and blame the Deep-Pocketed manufacturer), or, who can forget the dumbass who holds hot coffee between her legs while driving, then sues McDonalds (Deep Pockets) because the coffee was hot?

LOL

Tort Reform will NEVER come, because former Lawyers (Judges) Rule for FORMER LAWYERS to provide their income, AND, we have jackasses in society who feel the Big Corporations/Insurers can afford the Power Ball Lotto-sized Settlements, and rule for the Plaintiffs, thinking "one day it will be MY turn to cash in!)

And that is not too far in philosophy from the laws requiring businesses to forecast layoffs and give notice of impending manpower adjustments.

You can bet some liberal in congress will be making a proposal along those lines regarding the closing of unprofitable businesses.

That is to be expected considering the number of very stupid people elected to those offices.

What is really worrysome is that far reaching socialist proposals are taken seriously by more and more politicians and citizens. And more and more of them actually become law.

Its always a good thing to remember that we didn't end up in this mess by virtue of just the democrats in the senate and congress. Almost every foolish and anti-constitutional law we have had its share of republicans voting for it.

I am not entirely ‘tongue in cheek’ when I say that the jobs (at this point) are not the factor. No jobs is fine as long as the bennies keep rolling in, unemployment and disability checks are doled out.
When(if) the cutbacks start and people are forced to look for work THEN they will realize who has the jobs ‘they’ are qualified for and once the Govt ‘picks’ who they will support it is popcorn time. And the present ‘bottom rungers’ illegals do what ALL bottom rungers have done forever. BREED. Back to where farmers had big families so they had sufficient help to work the fields and do chores, all the bottom rungers have had large families.

Also, this last week ‘they’ declared Obesity to be a disease.
That should drive SS Disability money to the hilt.

Back in the 60’s and 70’s I used a ‘rule of thumb’ that if tractor trailers from the Southern US were driven by Blacks, the economy was pretty good and there were lots of less stressful jobs than driving a truck.
One of the ‘snicker’ lines in the early 70’s was ‘Truck driver was the worst possible job for a White guy and the best a Black guy could hope for’. Of course, Owner Operators are excluded from that scenario.
The pols, with useful tools such as the Jacksons and Sharptons of the world, will keep the pot stirred enough til they let it boil over...of course, like the French Revolution all eyes should be on the Palace Gates, not the ‘different’ looking guy standing next to you’.
Damn, someone is at the door and a Black Helicopter is hovering overhead......

You Said. “When the Blacks (finally) figure out that the illegals are not only taking their jobs”

Shouldn’t you rethink that statement. Hispanics want jobs that’s why they came here.

You are correct, the way I put it is not very clear.
My #19 is more along what I was trying to say...my intention was to tie the ‘drying up of the bennies’ forcing people to go back to work and I wasn’t meaning to just ‘pick on’ the illegals from our ‘Southern Neighbor’, I am referring to all the ‘double dippers’ that are illegals.

If the allegations are true, & they are detailed enough to be plausible, Paula Deen is toast & rightfully so.

How do you describe a company & personality that hires the cheapest labor they can get for bus boys & dish washers, then verbally & physically abuses them for less than professional work?

If true, she ignored the drunken, violent, racist, sexist, perverted behavior of her brother toward employees, repeatedly, in a restaurant she owned, in front of numerous witnesses including employees, customers, & vendors. If Jackson's lawyer can get testimony from some of these witnesses, Deen has a problem.

The other allegations are questionable, based more on Jackson's opinion of her own job performance. The "plantation wedding" story could be just that - a story, but then Paula Deen has begged for forgiveness, so she clearly believes she has done something wrong.

Deen will settle out of court.

Sure sounds like a snotty thing for her and her brother to do, if half of this is true. Still I hope she realizes it’s wrong not because society today doesn’t want it (unless you’re a Negro talking about other Negros) but because God Himself does not want it.

I have witnessed nepotism & an abusive, incompetent family member, first hand.

I will never work for a tribe again & I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting reward & advancement for their hard work.

Zero sum economic jealously mixed with race hate doctrines and illusions of tribal superiority equals racism. When people are racists, they hate and scapegoat anyone not of their own race. Wait ‘til the Muslims get their numbers to assert their holy racism.

Paula Deen is very busy and very rich. I doubt she was at this restaurant much. It was her brother’s to manage and just about all the complaints are about his behavior

Obama makes the same argument regarding his scandals, too.

According to the complaint, she was well aware of her brother's abuse of employees. If true, that makes her responsible for his actions, legally & morally.
