...A sitting senator cannot be legally recalled but both McCain and former senator Kyl signed pledges to abide by the result of any recall and resign if they lost. I do not think that Flake has signed such an agreement....
First thing to do is to find out..I believe he did as if he didn’t the SOS would have to notify the public when he ran for office....
