It is guaranteed that Zimmerman will be charged with violations of Martin's Civil Rights by Holder's inJustice Dept and if that doesn't work Zimmerman will face civil charges from the Martin family. There is a long way to go in this case.

As with the Rodney King cops, if the jury acquits Zimmerman, first there will be riots, followed immediately by a civil rights charge from the Holder justice department.

There is no 'right to a jury of peers in American Law.
If so, then recently released repeat offenders would have juries made up of convicts.
That's because there is no 'peers' wording in U.S. law.
Defense lawyers want the defendant's peers. Prosecutors want the defendant's enemies.
The LAW requires that the jury members NOT BE PEERS. They cannot be friends, or relatives, or even know much about the case. What jury members are supposed to be is American Citizens who have no knowledge of the case and no bias.
