"Bias intimidation"?
So it's not if anyone actually felt intimidated from/by/with "bias", the decision is at the sole discretion of the state. So what is someone to do if they claim to feel "bias intimidation" from a homo pride parade?
Liberals: making laws for others to knuckle under to while they find ways around the very rules they make.

Did you check out this from the article:
Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson says he's asking the United States Attorney's Office to review the case and possibly take over the prosecution.
Are they serious? This makes me sick, and this law needs to be taken to the highest level and fought hard. Too bad people just rather escape with being raped financially by the state once a lawyer is bought and paid for to fight this crap.

“Bias intimidation”-would that be anything like the Black Panthers wielding billyclubs in front of a polling place? Or a Black Panther on national media calling on blacks to kill white babies?
