We saw the future of the Obamacare death Panel when Kathleen Sebelius denied ten year old Sarah Murnaghans a lung transplant before a Judge overturned the decision. Sarah Palin’s observations about how the Independent Payment Advisory Board would work as a death panel can no longer be debated. Sarah Palin was right on Obamacare having a defacto death panel in 2009.

Despite the image left by her SNL parody, history is going to record Sarah as being one of the smartest women of our era.
the real question should be: why died because the lung they were supposed to get was given to this girl because she was more photogenic? and are we gonna let the media showcase people in need of transplants, with life going to the cutest? or the one with the best story? or on the whim of popular opinion?
What ever else she is, Palin IS smart.

You can judge the abject fear the political class has for Sarah Palin by the six solid years of made-up crap dumped on her and her entire family. It’s gone way past the need for apologies. I’d classify it as political assassination.

if you believe organ transplant decisions are made on such a shallow basis you have never been involved in a transplant decisions (donor or donee)
there is a protocol for assigning organs and Sarah met that protocol after she was allowed to get on the list
You would make a good little death panel assistant to be indignant about someone challenging govt “rules” that are based on outdated medical research, that patients of Sarah’s size and weight have to wait until their 12th birthday (why the magic date instead of a size/weight ratio to get on the “adult” list?)

Maybe you should wonder what smaller younger child will now get the pediatric lungs that Sarah wont need

If McLame and his RINO handlers had allowed Sarah to VET obozo (AS SHE WANTED TO), we wouldn’t be in this mess because obozo would either be back walking the streets (and bath houses) of Chicago or in jail for his failed attempt to usurp the presidency!

I fear that the fix was already in. Sarah was supposed to be window dressing for a ticket that was supposed to take a dive. McCain never behaved like a man who wanted to win. He had been issued his orders.

so sarah is alive, and someone else is dead. doesn’t it feel good to know that you save the cute one, i mean who really cares about the unseen person who is now dead? certainly not sarah fans.
And neither did Romney even when he had Obama on the ropes after the first debate.
