It’s her pitch...comes across the same way as my sister’s voice.
The pitch warbles, for want of a better word, and why it grates on the ears at times.
Not sure more can be done for her then she already has done to correct that, short of surgery.
But heck..alot of people like it...calling it “earthy”.
I figure it’s rather like when Demi Moore hit the stage...comments were made of her voice as well...but it didn’t hurt her rise to fame either.
Her voice doesn’t bother me at all. I actually can’t understand what it is that people are reacting to. Yes, I know, I know, squeak, pitch, warble, whatever. I just don’t hear the problem for myself. It just sounds like Sarah to me.
