Today, June 26th, is DAY #13 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. An explosive second day of deconstructed witness testimony took place yesterday. Which leads to the “big question”:
Will witness #8, Rachel Jeantel, be called to the stand today?
[Yesterday could] … only be characterized as an utter debacle for the prosecution in Florida v. Zimmerman. Besides the testimony of a couple of highly professional law enforcement witnesses, the testimony of the the other State witnesses ranged from signing George Zimmerman’s praises, to acknowledging the utility of following a suspicious person from a distance, to being utterly discredited by razor sharp cross-examination of the defense.
Before we even get to the disaster that was the State’s witnesses, however, we first have to discuss this morning’s hearing and the extent to which it evanescent is the State’s case against George Zimmerman. State: Zimmerman Is So Good, He Must Be Bad ............

Oh I hope not. This is the most entertaining witness yet!
Phones disconnect, Martin calls her back.
Gets to point of Martin complaining of man watching him. She didn't think it was a big deal. Martin still complained. Asks what man looked like. Martin told her it was a "creepy ass cracker". Also says she told her the man might be a rapist.
Martin told her he was going to try to lose the man.
Attorneys having trouble hearing Jeantel's answers.
She says he told her he was going to leave "the mailing area." Then they started talking about the NBA All-Star game that night.
Then he said, "That nigger is still following me."

She says Martin kept complaining that #Zimmermanon9 kept watching him and looked like a creepy -ss cracker.
Oh now Trayvon is using the word Nigger to describe Zimmerman!
And I think the judge is freaking out to protect the witness.
He was going to leave the mailing area where he was at???
He was never at the mailing area.

I failed Ebonics 101 so I don’t quite understand what she is saying that the prosecutor is not interpreting for her.
The defense has been effectively shut down by the judge, kind of snarkly.
so it’s basically just more black on black violence then?

The judge is so obviously biased against defense it’s not even funny.
What IS funny is the translation problem here. Most folks don’t do “Ebonics”. Having a hard time understanding what this slug is saying.
And now she admits that Trayvon called Z a nigga. That’s slang, btw. LOL!!!
They are all acting like she can’t be heard, whereas they don’t like what she is saying!
But don’t worry she made clear he called Z “The Nigger”.
WFTV is blocking out the sound on tv when the “n” word is being spoken by her.”
This is now a farce, the judge and prosecutor are desperately helping the witness and pretending she can’t be heard, then the judge is yelling at the defense for objecting.
I’m feeling pretty confident this witness has not, and cannot be coached.
Can you imagine trying to teach her anything?
She said TRAYVON stated he was ALMOST HOME.

She says he was headed home and he said that #Zimmermanon9 was still following him. She said Martin called Zimmerman the n-word.
“Trayvon said he lost him.”
Well we will see if a lie develops now toward the end. So far it’s roughly plausible that Trayvon was saying what she relates.
