How do you know who witness #8 is? So, the judge just ruled that all of Zimmermans phone calls can be played? Who was the juror that was released? Is it just for today or for good?
Shouldn’t the defense already know who witness #8 is through discovery?
I am admittedly not on top of how these things work, since I haven’t been in a trial situation other than traffic court years ago.
WFTV said the juror was released just for today.
I am going by the information in the article , sentence 3.
"Will witness #8, Rachel Jeantel, be called to the stand today? "
So, the judge just ruled that all of Zimmermans phone calls can be played?
That' what I heard.
Who was the juror that was released? Is it just for today or for good?
Don't know, Don't know.
