Exactly. And what also amazes me is that if she can’t read cursive, then she probably can’t write it either. What kind of education goes on these days? I don’t think I’m all that old and I remember doing cursive in 3rd grade over and over again until the teacher was satisfied. My cursive today isn’t pretty but it’s passable, for a lefty. My mother, however, has beautiful cursive.
Mine is not only not pretty, it is darned near incomprehensible when I try to do it quickly. I hand print or keyboard type and print anything of importance.
But I read it just fine.
