On my CHL test I shot 247 out of a possible 250. With a .45. :)

We don't do CHL here, not without “good and substantial reason” to carry a handgun, including a finding that the permit is “necessary as a reasonable precaution against apprehended danger” (People's Republic of Maryland). We count on the police to take the report and call an ambulance if we're still alive when they finish their doughnut break and finally show up.
