Yep. Like OJ was acquitted in criminal court but then successfully sued into oblivion by Fred Goldman in civil court.
The bottom line, as always, is the money. I suspect Zimmerman has already pledged the profits from his (count on it) upcoming book to his lawyers as compensation for defending him. They will therefore seek to porotect those profits from the greedy Martin family lawyer. Their job will be a lot easier if Zimmerman is acquitted in criminal court.
