What if what really happened was the other way around? TM is dead and cannot refute GZ. Do you think if GZ and jumped TM first, GZ would have said that in this video? It was dark, TM was on top of GZ. Where were GZ hands? Why wasn’t GZ hitting TM? IF it was going down like he said? Why did he grab on of TM hands? If it was going down like he said it was? And how could have TM seen GZ pistol if it was dark and he was on top of GZ? Why did GZ wait to use his right hand until his pistol was exposed? If it went down like he said it did? I would have already been beating TM in the ribs IF it was going down the way GZ said it was.

That's all pretty valid speculative questions. Basically your theory is GZ figured he could jump TM and give him a small beating or maybe just hold him for the police. But when GZ ended up underneath getting his head bashed against the sidewalk, he used his gun. Is that about right? Or do you go further and theorize that GZ inflicted his own injuries (e.g. falling backward)? Basically GZ, the vigilante klutz?

It does not matter how ugly or dumb or black TM;s girlfriend is. It does not matter if TM had a record. It does not matter if TM smoked weed on a regular basis. It only matters what happened that night.
