Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

Then you should ask your family lawyers WHY that tape is the best evidence so far for the Prosecution and WHY O’Mara has to fix it.
He can’t just say..Hey that tape wasn’t damaging so I will sit down.
It was Damaging and he HAS to fix it.

It appears you have yourself convinced of this and as such, maybe you can use your own words and give some insight vs. paraphrasing what tweets are posted. Just say what YOU think, it might help me understand where the damage is.

IIRC, typically before the defense puts on its case, it states that the prosecution has failed to set out a case and it should be dismissed. IIRC, they usually do that whether a case has actually been presented or not.

People telling the truth do not change their story. The judge should immediately stop proceedings and throw the case out of court......while at the same time chastizing the prosecutor for wasting her time and everyone else’s. This is not a trial, it’s turned into a needless PC lynching of a good man. Enough is enough.
After sidebar, jury sent out. Not dismissed. Judge reading transcript. MOM was questioning specifically self defense and getting good answers. Pros finally objected.

Mixed bag, sometimes there are three from each side. i think it depends on how each team has carved up it’s spheres of case expertise.
