Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

So yes, if Zimmerman walked around the complex holding his arms in the air and bending his body, the gun would have been exposed. Lots of CCW holders, like myself, do not walk around with our arms in the air...

A good wife thinks carefully, and doesn’t mess with a good man when he is also thinks seriously about what is in the best long term for the family unit.
Unfortunately, sometimes it doesn’t work that way.
Then we have big societal “puppy troubles” - when men and women act like spoiled adolescent brats, instead of responsible adults who each fulfill their respective roles, considering the needs of the family unit for safety, food, security, and nurturing, beyond their own personal desires.
It isn’t all that complicated, if you seriously think about it. Dump modern technology, and it all becomes very clear.
Must go to bed now, if I want to be as bright-eyed and bushy tailed as can be expected at 8AM central time.
(Us old folks have a seriously hard time getting our tails all “bushy” so early, mostly because the hairs stop growing from our tails, and start growing from our noses, ears, upper lips, and other unexpected places.)

They adjourned for the day, very late in the day, and Serino is up again with O'Mara for tomorrow morning.

The Jury had the phrase "he could only be telling the truth" as a last thought to sleep on, and tomorrow they will be fresh and ready for more cross where that issue is brought out. Also , O'Mara might ask Mr. Serino just why he is not a Lead Detective anymore.
Here’s some photos of Z in the police station. Clearly his jacket is long enough (6” to 8”) to conceal a pistol in a inner waist belt holster such as his. And seeing as how it was raining, I’m guessing the jacket was zipped up at the time of the attack. But not sure. Although mine is still well covered by an unzipped jacket.

Of course. But there's no indication TM shared GZs "fear" in any way. He was playing up the thug show not just for GZ but that precious little thing he was on the phone with. If Martin was afraid he would have gone home.
Questioning and clarifying is two very different things.

The act of getting out of a car is not an aggressive act.
Trayvon was supposedly in a hurry, and kept questioning Rachel about whether the 'game' was on yet. Rachel said that Trayvon told her he was in his 'dads' back yard. He had to leave it to encounter Zimmerman.
I think the words to sleep on are “Thank God”....And I’m betting those are the first words we hear out of O’Mara on Monday.....”Thank God”....Hell, I could write this brief...
See my 1686. The jacket covers his belt by 6 to 8 inches while at a normal, standing position. His gun would STILL have been covered even if he had been walking around like Frankenstein.
Of course that contradicts dee dee’s testimony that Martin told her about the creepy ass cracker with a gun... Oh wait. I guess Martin somehow forgot to mention that little detail.
