Today, July 2nd, is DAY #17 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Today Detective Chris Serino will be back on the stand. [Yesterday ended] on the stand with Chris Serino, who was the lead investigator for the Sanford Police Department on the Trayyvon Martin shooting.
Defense counsel Mark O’Mara led cross-examination with his usual consummate skill, obtaining responses from this witness–remember, the State’s witness–that all but completely guts the State’s charge in this case.
Among the key revelations so far: Zimmerman was always completely cooperative, open, and straightforward with all the police investigators over many weeks of multiple interviews, both in person at the police station and phone. Over at TCH, some sharp eyed girl is pretty sure the photo was taken on Tuesday, because the tie west was wearing was the Tuesday tie, not the Monday tie.
Haven’t checked that out myself, though.
For two days now, it's evolved into personal attacks and needless bickering.

Running up all these witnesses, the Hannity show, going hysterical regarding pics of defense attorney with ice cream....It’s all distraction and deception, hoping for something that isn’t there.
The government prosecution has nothing.

In a response filed today, West writes that the photo was taken the day before Jeantel testified. He writes his daughter posted it without asking him, and that he didn’t authorize the caption.
So hoosiermama wins the prize for the best response/excuse
So.... what? West’s family isn’t allowed to put a funny pic up making fun of the farsical sham of a trial?
Try The Conservative TreeHouse - they seem more interested in the trial, not the bickering.
Looking at the photo, they definitely do not look like West.
