So none of these people have ever been to the Heart Attack Grill in Vegas and ordered the Octuple Bypass Burger with 8 hamburger patties, 8 slices of cheese, and 40 slices of bacon?

Visted Vegas in April and dragged the whole family to the Heart Attack Grill - including 80 year old grandma.
We had a great time! They make you wear hospital gowns, if you weigh over 350 you eat free. If you don’t finish what you ordered a pretty waitress in a nurse uniform spanks you with a ping pong paddle. It was a hoot!
