Today, July 3rd, is DAY #18 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Rather than recap yesterday, I want to draw attention to some issues – A great recap is available HERE:
Yesterday, we got the first view on the horizon of the mud about to get slung by the State toward the character of George Zimmerman – Things are about to get intense.
Also, the State probably wants the jury to hear Sybrina, TrayMom™ and tears, last in the line-up prior to the long mid-week holiday break - so heads up for her this afternoon.
Tracy probably will not testify – due to his on-the-record lies now visible in evidence.
Remember, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case you can expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions.
The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.
So if the Seminole County Medical Examiner, or any LEO is not called to the stand – O’Mara cannot mention it. M.E. = Trayvon Blood Tox. etc.
The Scheme Team has, in their desperation, blitzed the media and geography. Daryl Parks, and Jasmine Rand are doing as much Cable News as possible. Jasmine is the David Axelrod of their scheme. She is also a well skilled liar, and working hand in hand to assist and counsel with the State.
Jasmine is also simultaneously trying to coordinate the narrative of Rachel Jeantel with Rod Vereen. You now have: Natalie Jackson, Ben Crump, Darryl Parks, Jasmine Rand, and Rod Vereen all working together to protect their narrative.
According to her girls: Alicia Stanley – has also been physically threatened and extorted to keep her mouth shut. They, all of them, are in full tactical combat operational mode to get their lynching money.
There is NOTHING they will not do. N.O.T.H.I.N.G.

Good question. The jury is sequestered which makes me think the court would want to have a scheduled day of testimony. Friday July 5, isn’t a state or federal holiday.
Because, My FRiend, this is a kangaroo court. The only purpose of this “trial” is co convict George Zimmerman to appease the lynch Zimmerman mob. The truth does not matter. The law does not matter. Fairness and impartiality were never considered. Only the end result matters and that is a conviction of George Zimmerman by any means necessary.
Whether there are any conservatives present really doesn’t matter; I can assure you the message that their families and property are under serious threat is being received loud and clear. And I’d wager that before the trial is over the African leadership will bus in protestors en masse to turn up the heat just to be sure they get the message.

O’MARA: And in that sense, you said that there was no evidence that Trayvon Martin was doing anything wrong, correct?
SERINO: None whatsoever.
O’MARA: You don’t know that, though, correct?
SERINO: No, I do not.
O’MARA: Right. You know that whatever he may have been planning just wasn’t completed, correct?
SERINO: I wouldn’t know. I wouldn’t know. There was no evidence to suggest that at all.
O’MARA: As a matter of fact, there was a type of a tool found in the area where Trayvon Martin may have been hiding, wasn’t there?
SERINO: Approximately five, six days after the investigation at the scene, yes.
O’MARA: Right. When you went back, you looked in the bushes and you found, what was it?
SERINO: It was a piece of an awning belonging to — I believe it was a piece of a window — piece of hardware basically. Looked like a slim Jim.
O’MARA: Slim Jim, and what’s a slim Jim?
SERINO: A slim Jim is a device used to jimmy locks on vehicles primarily.
O’MARA: To break into a vehicle?
SERINO: Yes, sir.
O’MARA: And that was found a few days after this event?
SERINO: Yes, sir.
O’MARA: Not particularly tied to this event by you, but it was there, wasn’t it?
SERINO: Yes, it was.
O’MARA: In the bushes just off of one of the residences, correct?
SERINO: In the bushes behind Jonathan Manalo’s residence.
I can’t post it, but Fred Reed’s latest on this trial, and the likely aftermath if Zimmerman is found Not Guilty, is well worth reading and pondering.
Is that a fact? NO Treyvon autopsy report allowed?? Why?
There was a drive for women on juries. And so many more hung...and I would say...based on sympathy for the dead dude.
Now, thinking as a mother....and fights my kids had...and I'd say the older one was the more likely punished...as being the one that should know better.
Just some thoughts...
I don't know, but I'm not going to stand for a conviction in this Kangaroo Court. This national disgrace of a trial is really pi**ing me off. I hope there is an organized response (fund for an appeal, organized protests, etc.) if this "Volksgerichtshof" gets its way.
“Zimmerman is dead man walking; he’ll be convicted. This is a “guilty” jury if ever I saw one. When he goes to prison, he’ll be shanked. And just to make sure he goes down, the Africans are publishing myriad threats about what will happen to Sanford if he gets off.”
My thoughts exactly. I have a feeling the jury knows there will be riots in the street if they don’t convict him.
MOM was (again) cut off by judge as he was making his argument. Now proceeding through five different pieces of evidence.

I think they are only worried for their own lives and those of their families...
I think Dershowitz hinted a while back that he would be itching to handle the appeal, if there was one. ( He hates Croley)
Wow...this judge has no intention of ruling for the defense on anything...it’s written all over her.
