Not amused, but very offended. Especially perhaps, because she doesn’t even know what the ribbons represent. Why, in Heaven’s name, does the PD even do this? Does the PD not have the correct PD ribbons? Or hasn’t she earned any of them?
Perhaps she earned all those medals through an affirmative action program.
