The case isn’t going to be thrown out for lack of a death. It’s not going to be thrown out by the judge (directed verdict) for lack of evidence by the prosecution. The jury does not and will not know about Martin’s real past and personality. The prosecution, weak as their case may be, has thrown enough out there to have a shot at conviction. I think too many FReepers are making the same mistake we made in the 2012 election, assuming everyone else sees what we see.

Well, the prosecution has convinced Michael Savage and Nancy Grace GZ is guilty, and they probably even know about TM’s violent past also.
