I don’t think they would depose him if he wasn’t. I think we can fully expect it and Don West to rip him a new one.
I think he will be asked about Francine and that is where the whole scheme will unravel.

My guess/prediction of how this goes down...
The Defense will finish up Wed morning. Closing arguments will be Wed and Thurs morning. Thurs afternoon the Jury gets the case.
The jury will hash it over Thurs afternoon/evening and will come back on Friday with a NG verdict.
No way will they all agree on guilty on any charge, and there is also no way they want to screw around another weekend with a ‘hung jury’ idiot.
They will all know that hung jury = another week or more away from home, and even a moron that wants to hold out for guilty won't want that.
By Friday Zimmerman will be free of all charges.

In my opinion, you are correct.
Based on the prosecution’s argument on the acquittal motion, any woman who was raped but not shot or stabbed would only have “insignificant” injuries and if she shot her rapist to prevent him from continuing to assault her, she would demonstrate “ill will” toward her attacker.
The best highlights for the defense in this case was the prosecutions case. One would have to believe that Zimmerman used his nose to attack Martins fists to believe their fabrication of the facts. Or be a Black Leftist Racist.

I very much agree...but the contention of what I stated was in my "opinion" only a not guilty verdict is a foregone conclusion. I know it is borderline tinfoil hat stuff but a guilty verdict from the jury, any jury hearing this empty case, would be the equivalent of a boxer taking a dive only to have the ref hold up his arm as the winner of the fight.
There is nothing to this case. For it to come to trial, which there had to be "If I had a son..." influence to get it there, is almost inconceivable on its own.
And the media continues to report what a devastating day, day after day, the prosecution had against the defense. Well, I find it hard to believe they are reporting on the same case I am watching. And I hear blatant lies from the LSM plus conservative talking heads who admit they are not paying attention but what a tragedy it was. That is not for the benefit of you and I and all those paying attention.
Again, this is only my opinion but the end game is a surprised, shocked public and an angry black riot due to exoneration of GZ.

The state’s presentation of that timeline chart and Drs Rao and Bao show where the state is heading in cross next week.
This case on both sides comes down to 3:15 seconds of which atleast the last 40 seconds consists of screams and a shot.
That’s why Dr Rao’s claim that all those injuries occurred with one blow. One blow means that the beatdown was shortlived leaving a lot of time for the chase when Martin was “so fearfully running for his life”.
The shorter the beatdown — the longer the chase — the better for the state. And vice versa.
The state will try to argue that 2 minutes or more was Zimmerman chasing Martin through the complex until he caught him.
The cell tower ping logs that the state has but didn’t put into evidence would prove that to be untrue and that is why they are conspicuously absent.
The defense on the other hand will show that the majority of the 3:15 seconds was taken up by the beatdown — only about 80 seconds of which is unaccounted for that they will then account for. They will show that the timeline leaves no time for any such chase.
It’s not going to be emotion versus logic but information versus misinformation and the 3 amigos will be spinning like bad hangover.
Oh if he does I will definitely vote for him, might even volunteer for him.
