I use a Firefox addon called “Fireshot”, and I set up a key combination of CTRL-ALT-Z to take the screenshot. Then I have a free Imageshack account, and the Imageshack addon for Firefox. Once the Screenshot is taken and I quickly crop the picture to show only the video (cutting out the rest of the web page), it goes into my default folder. I click the Imageshack addon button on my browser, browse for the photo I just took, and upload it. Then I grab the URL right there from in the Imageshack addon, and come back to FR to paste it in.
