I always smile and thank anyone who opens a door for me! It is few and far between, but I make sure to show my gratitude.
#12 and #15 are the main two that have led to all the others. #6 is really annoying.

You miss my point. Cake is meant to be eaten with a fork. Cupcakes are meant to be eaten with one's hands.
Cupcakes are childrens' food. They were never intended to be adult food. Adults might buy a slice of cake at a restaurant or pastry shop, and eat it with a fork.
"Cupcake shops" are part of the infantilization of society. That food we gave up in our pre-teen years, now is gourmet adult fare.
Like I said. Gourmet chicken nuggets are coming soon to a five-star restaurant near you.

OTOH, I’ve known women who expect me to hold the door for them when I’ve got my arms full of packages and they are unencumbered.
Don’t have much use for a woman like that.
The police love them. The boneheaded little gangstas try to run and get 2 or 3 steps before their pants hit their ankles and their faces hit the pavement.
