Nope. She turned her back on due process and justice. Typical Demoncrat.
She said she’d rule at 8 in the morning, but the defense wasn’t done and they were trying to tell her they didn’t have time to prepare. She walked out.
Judge got up and walked out without any decisions tonight.
She walked out sayin court was adjourned as she slammed the door. Get the picture. West had hit a few blows so it was run run run. Very frustrated. And put in that position by a lying prosecution ( or incompetent )
The defense was still doing a presentation and she began giving her opinion on why it couldn’t be authenticated, she even said.....a seven year old can enter a pass code like that they do it all the time. West attempted to explain then she became infuriated, said its over for the night. West got right in her face. She got up and was walking out,Mom said I can’t proceed have no idea who to call, have no time, etc. she said GOOD NIGHT. (Some paraphrased but pretty accurate.)
