Self fulfilling prophecies like this are simply an excuse for thugs to rampage and loot while liberals pretend it's black's frustration at being denied 'justice' (translation: revenge). This is why we will never, ever have racial peace in America no matter who is president or what white people do or don't do. The left has blacks on the liberal plantation believing 'white society' is 'keeping them down'. They cannot, will not see that the 'victim' label the left puts on them is an invisible chain that is keeping them down. However , a way to avert rioting is to show the masses how they have been manipulated by the media and by politicos.
