She’s biased partly ‘cause she’s scared. Nothing to stop them from coming after her if there’s a verdict favorable to Zimmerman. He will have a price in his head, so will she, and the jurors. It’s a no-win situation.
Who gives a flip about a 'frighten judge' which is all in her mind anyway. It is not reality but what is reality is Zimmerman's life is on the line and he's the one being threatened and has been since the beginning! If she can't stand the heat, she needs to do the right thing and step down so Zimmerman can have a 'fair trial'. She's an *ss walking out like that - unprofessional comes to mind. She cannot think past her fear or bias - unqualified to be a judge comes to mind, also.
Being a judge is all about justice.
Then she shouldn’t have taken an oath and went into the criminal justice system as a career to begin with.
She’s playing with a means life here. I do NOT feel sorry for her.
When you’re in her position you can’t think about me me me...good grief...
Does anyone have a conscience or any character these days.
Maybe she should have taken a note from the first judge who refused to sit for the case...(or maybe that was a prosecutor?) Either way, her job is about HONOR and INTEGRITY.
Lots of people risk their lives everyday in jobs that pay a lot less than hurt does...
No win? BS...get a handgun and win! Carry it always judge....get some courage, that is why you are there sitting on the bench! To have courage to do the right thing. I am tired of cowering down to villains! Screw them...
She was having to deal with the prosecution arguing that anyone could be using TM’s phone which is an inane argument.

Interestingly, they will have plenty of evidence to support their justification. This administration is creating more Timothy McVeighs every day.
