When does the trial of the prosecutors begin?
“It was a dark and stormy night. Suddenly, a shot rang out,”
Mark O’Mara was absolutely brilliant.
If Zimmerman is convicted of either murder or manslaughter, it will mean Florida’s self defense laws aren’t worth the paper they are written on and null & void at the discretion of the state.
If Zimmerman goes to jail for this, it is officially mob rule in America.
Such a sweeeeeeet young child!
O’Mara did a great job. The prosecution’s rebuttal was all emotion, it was pathetic at best. Should be an open and shut case.
Doesn’t matter what the evidence proves. The fix is in to persecute Mr.Zimmerman and send him to prison until he is an old man.
Zimmerman will not go free. The feds will make sure of it. The rule of law is dead in the US. All that remains is political revenge and persecution, and the desire by the body politic to appease their foot soldier constituents. I would be surprised if Zimmerman is still alive by year’s end.
I liked the argument when O’mara brought out a chunk of concrete. I wish he had carried it over to the bailiff and raised it over his head, and then saiddoes anyone doubt this deputy could shoot me if I threatened to hit him over the head with this?”
Why didn’t Trayvon just sprint to the house he was staying if he was a frightened child? Why/When did it occur to him to confront Zimmerman. Did Trayvon stop somewhere, observe a goofy George Zimmerman, decide “I can kick his ass” and decide to do just that? If Zimmerman had hate in his heart AND an itchy trigger finger, he would have shot Trayvon long before letting his head be treated like a pinata.
There is NOT so much that is unknown. That’s an absurd statement.
The most important point was “He didn’t have to have one scratch”...
Wait until the trial is over and the jurors learn all the things about sweet little innocent Trayvon that we now know but the judge refused to let in. I will bet they will be incensed that they were not told about his criminal past, his drug use, his fighting history, and much more.
He’s going to prison. He shouldn’t, but he will. Thats reality, and Im a total cynic. I’ve lost all faith in our govt, media, and justice system.
