Conserev1 is gone ... but you have to wonder how many other people are out there that require the defendant to prove his or her innocence.

It would appear that once the jury gets the case they throw out the instructions and think like our friend does. Certainly the prosecution gave this behavior their blessing.

it would be interesting if they were up on the same charge if they would rather have to prove their innocence, or have the state prove they were guilty.

Sadly, there are fewer of those than the number of NSA sycophants posting on FR. Which is, of course, to point out that there are far too many of the latter.
