I believe they sell toy ovens that produce actual baked goods for 7 year-olds. As a former professional baker, 90% of the work can be taught to the uninitiated in about a week. Get over yourself.

Dammit, don’t you know that a union worker is your GUARANTEE OF QUALITY, and that ONLY union workers can provide a quality jjob, and if you hire nonunion workers, your products will instantly kill people and your factories will burn to the ground!!

You’re probably right about assembly-line production. However, IMHO, it takes a lot of skill to be able to bake all types of baked goods — cakes, pastries, pies, breads, etc., I’ve worked in remote construction camps, the pastry chef was the most important, and most difficult to replace worker in the camp.
