Within a week the DOJ will announce that is their intention. Don't know how long it will take to formally file the charges. They will never let this man go. Too much invested in the race war.
And when it comes to trial at the federal level, they WILL convict. The jury will be made to understand their job this time. And they will be very aware of the consequences of not doing so.
NOT going to happen WITH CONFIDENCE.
