Only a law enforcement officer can deny civil rights. Zimmerman was not acting under color of law and so is immune from civil suit under Florida law.
only law enforcement can “profile” but for some reason they keep insisting that GZ “profiled”.. they are setting up some sort of federal case, IMO..

I don't know about you but *I'm* focused on criminal charges...Federal criminal charges...charges filed under some Federal law regarding "child abuse" or "denial of civil rights" or something else.
