When I saw the way the definition of manslaughter was in the initial definition - I could see their confusion. Probably wondered if they had to since he was killed, but clearly they found the self-defense applied.
I knew when they asked for the info, that they had settled the second degree murder charges. Just needed enough time to look at Manslaughter and vote not guilty.
