It’s my guess that Holder and his goons won’t pursue this, not with the midterm election coming up. Blacks and white liberal base will vote Dem regardless. However, trying GZ for a hate crime could cost them some white moderates and Hispanics. So, perhaps someone with a brain in the White House (I know, oxymoron) will advise to let this pass by.
