This article below is from last Thursday. Surely the Attorney General has spoken to his FBI, right? If this Miami Herald article is correct, I can’t imagine how the DOJ can prosecute George Zimmerman. But….I might be missing something so we will have to wait and see..

He was just inaugurated less than six months ago! He’s got over 3 1/2 years left before he leaves office on January 20, 2017.

Holder’s DOJ don’t need no stinkin’ evidence; Ebono-statistics PROVE his guilt. Young black males constitute less than 20% of the Florida population, yet 100% of those shot by Zimmerman were young black males.
(This is offered as sarcasm, but is awfully close to the truth as seen in DOJ lawsuits attacking companies that consider criminal history for racism since blacks are disproportionately criminals.)
After watching what government did in the Zimmerman case and now the endless lies from governors and so-called leaders....It’s pretty clear those in government are not concerned with justice, truth or evidence.
You'd think that Zimmerman would at least get an apology from Rick Santorum.

I can’t imagine how they could prove such a case or even bring it to trial.
It would require evidence that Zimmerman prevented Martin from moving freely on the street before he killed Martin. It has already been established that there are no witnesses to the start of the confrontation.
The only possible civil rights action against Zimmerman is wrongful death; that Zimmerman did not have just and lawful cause to take Martin’s life. That train has left the station. The State of Florida pretty much exhausted that line of evidence.
Of course if you are running a show trial valid evidence is a take it or leave it proposition.

He’s right, it is a dangerous hobby. But he’s wrong in the fact that this never went to a grand jury right?
Read Holder’s statement.
He is only going to pretend that he is looking into it, pretend that he is investigating, pretend that he is leaving no stone unturned as he searches for racism, but other than pretend he will do nothing.

Holder wants an honest discussion of race - really he said that...
The first tip off the 'honest discussion' might be one-sided was when Holder opened the discussion with this comment, "you dumb crackers sit down and shut up - we'll tell you how you're going to feel about race...If you disagree the FBI will take notes and investigate you for hate crimes.
If the FBI won't arrest you, we'll do our own investigation and I've already decided all of you are guilty of hate crimes.
The hate crime? Thinking the wrong thoughts.. - and what's that? Anything Holder wants it to be... Oh, and how many fingers am I holding up, Winston?"
