I've noticed police are not responding to these downed citizens at all. Fire/EMS moves in after the crowd has passed. Looks like citizens are on their own with no police protection.
I'm just shocked. /sarc

Listening to Oakland scanner and have to agree. Epic fail on the police tonight so far. Reports of shooting. 4 black male suspects and police seem very lackadaisical about it all.
