The SC has already agreed to hear the case. I would be surprised if it gets dropped. At least they won’t be around to cause trouble in the mean time.
I read that there were also a handful of nominees whose names were withdrawn. So that is good.
Trouble? How? Did the rules passed while those two were on board get over-turned/tossed-out? Haven’t heard word one that’s happened.
All the GOP did was bend over (again) and take one for the DEMs, willingly. Hell, I’d bet they’ve begun to like it.
