Criminals are shooting each other and citizens. Respond by smacking the law abiding citizens and saying,” That’ll show you we mean business!”
I would be interested in knowing what the breakdown is; how many thugs versus how many law abiding citizens who could benefit from having a CCW AND would entertain having one.
