I’m not saying spend the money on make do work. There are so many towns that are filthy. Pay them their “wealthfare” checks to pick up trash. It would have to be done in small towns where there is no union. We’re handing out money and constantly making it worse. Make them earn it. Teach them work a ethic. Anything has got to be better than running up and down the streets stooting each other. Put a curfew in place then work them so damned hard they can’t wait to get to bed.
Now, for all of this to be done, we’d need politicians with the best interest of our country in mind.

Having an army of black men wandering around liberal elite neighborhoods, 'picking up trash' casing the joint - I mean 'watching out for everyone's safety - and PAYING them to do it removes the fear of the police being called on them... so there's no problem with a black man being 'dissed'. Here's the ugly truth: Over half the homicides in the United States are committed by blacks.
Blacks are 12% of the population.
Take out black women and you get half the homicides and more than half the crime being done by the 6% of the population that's black male.
Now take out the real young (under 8) and real old blacks (over 60) and you're left with about 3% to 4% of the population (black males) who commit more than half the homicides and more than half the crime.
So please, if you must have one more government program that doesn't work don't inflict it on working class neighborhoods - set your program up and get in running in upscale Washington DC neighborhoods...
Oh - and the reason blacks are in the shape they're in IS BECAUSE of stupid liberal programs. Everything from welfare that destroyed the black family to liberal 'urban renewal' which destroyed established black communities and replaced them with horrors like Cabrini Green in Chicago. (Which I visited in the 60's... and yeah, it was a hellhole.)
