That's because almost no one showed up for the protests. It's hard to arrest someone, when there's no one there.
It was such a pitiful exercise in activism.
I can now say, with pride, that last week I was right.
My comment on last week’s thread was to the effect that I knew many, many black people, now and throughout my life. Once worked five years at a Baltimore inner-city hospital-Liberty Medical Center for those from round my area.
Also taught writing at night school right here in Sussex and had many black students.
My experience is that these were hard working people and I could never get my mind around any notion that those black people I knew would get out and riot. The vast majority of black folk in this country are struggling to live and thrive, like most white folk, never mind the constant race-baiting.
Those “protestors”...they were pathetic, paid crap-holders boosted by the President’s contribution to the alleged race war.
Sorry yon readers, I really don’t think America bought it.
Y’all know if it weren’t for Obama inserting himself into this matter this Zimmerman case would never have seen the light of Republican day?
