Yes, exactly so.

For technical reasons, there is no case under RICO for the targeting of conservative groups by the IRS but there are many who are vulnarable to private suit under it in the regime all the way to the top on other fronts. I kicked this around when assisting on the Hollister case but it never gelled. Through Monckton I suggested that Sheriff Joe use it but some law professor, whom I respect but did not agree with on the point, turned him off on it.

It still has possibilities if anyone is interested I'd be happy to assist.
