Truly amazing that the Detroit City Council, facing huge and enormous challenges at this time, has time to wade on this. No wonder the city is bankrupt.
With Detroit in bankruptcy, the council no longer has any authority to do much, so they amuse themselves by throwing feces. Like any bored monkey.
