Around 2 a.m. Friday, the New Orleans Police Department says a 14-year-old boy ended up shot in the head, allegedly standing in 33-year-old Merritt Landry's yard. Police say the Marigny homeowner spotted the teen by his car and fired one shot striking him in the head.Finally, some good shooting. But he needs a bigger caliber, I guess.

Yeah, this "college bound" teen, taking a break from his late night studying, was out polishing his neighbor's car at 2:00 AM because he wanted to surprise him with a good deed, and, being a windy night, that slim jim, knife and gun were just weights to hold down the extra polishing rag ski masks he was using.
