The BMI-BS doesn’t take into consideration differences between men and women, fat or muscle. It’s bad science.

6’4” 250, those are my statistics, of course this ignores the fact that at 69 I am able to do things that many of the 29 year olds around here cannot do and most of them wish they had my build. I have just over a fifty inch chest and wear size 38 waist pants and they are very loose. I can wear size 36 but I prefer the loose fit. At 205 which is the maximum they want me to weigh I would look like a stick. At 152 I would look like a corpse only because I would BE a corpse.
