Happening to Oakland, across the bay from San Francisco. A Chinese community grew overnight, and they got a Chinese mayor. However, lots of conflict with black residents, making it a long trek to normalcy there. As Chinatown grows, crime may lessen. Problem is, there are some hard-core ghettos that will take decades to eradicate.
Detroit is far more complex, and these Chinese don't know how bad it is.
It may take time for Detroit and Oakland, but they can afford it. Their investment will pay off.
Both are port cities so it will pay off in the future for them.
The majority of blacks have really screwed themselves by siding with the Justice Brothers and their ilk. They have guaranteed themselves no future by not improving themselves.
