Rush Limbaugh is correct in saying that these hearings and investigations need to be taken out of the hands of congress.
The justice dept could take it any time they like, they won’t.
I agree with Rush. The problem is that there is no entity to fairly prosecute this. Justice is totally compromised by Holder. The Independent Counsel Statute expired years ago.
Does anyone think a “Select Committee” would do anything? The ONLY way that would even be established if for it to be evenly split between Dems and Repubs. That is a non starter.
Who does it?
And given to whom? The DOJ? Nothing will happen. Nobody will stop Obama and I just can’t figure out why.
