Obama could have lived in california over the summer and also traveled to hawaii to fill out that form. You have no evidence he didnt do that. You have nothing really. Even if someone else forged a selective svc doc in 1980 (no evidence of that) how does that translate to impeachment? But thanks for playing.
Not in the way it is suggested in the article. Unless you really want to believe that the federal government should arrest you if you violate the terms of use of a website, regardless of what those terms of use are.
This actual story comes from Volokh Conspiracy, and would be better read over there than on WND.
But if you go there, you should know that they changed their Term of Service, and if you live in Alaska or your middle name is Ralph, or if you work for the federal government, their TOS says you cannot visit their web site.
And according to the U.S. government, if you therefore access the VC, you will be in violation of their TOS, and be in violation of U.S. law and be subject to criminal prosecution.
Which is the VC’s way of illustrating the absurdity of this argument. And it is this argument that is being advanced to claim that Obama’s campaign broke U.S. law, by violating the Facebook Terms of Service.
(There is a separate argument that the campaign did NOT violate the Terms of Service, because there are different TOS requirements for applications than there are for personal pages. Facebook has tiers of service for people who want to pay them).
The 2012 “election” was a farce and probably the most corrupt, banana republic style “election” ever held on the planet. I never dreamed that I would see America become so corrupt in my lifetime.

As a Virginian, I will never forget watching the late returns around 11 p.m. and seeing Ohio, Florida and Virginia drop into the dark lord’s column. Will always believe the results in these states came in when they did as the operatives determined how many votes they would need to bring in a plausible ‘win’. No need to create fraud on a national basis; just focus on the contested states and ‘win’ by just enough to make it believable.
Do the research on said machines and you’ll get your answer!

Yeah, you know, I don’t even care about this. No one is going to impeach Obama, ever. If he was impeached, it would go down in history completely wrong. It would backfire, and ensure the Dems win the next election.
The only hope our country has is for the Lord to turn the hearts of our people back to Him, to restore our courage to fight for freedom and fair elections and to put new leadership in office the next time around.

He’s been breaking election laws for decades.
IMHO a bigger question than zero and his minions breaking the law, is why Romney conceded so early, and why he and the rest of the (complicit?) GOP didn’t scream fraud from the rooftops and demand a recount.
