No. Keep the cost of education OUT of the property taxes; only those with kids need to pay for their education (or home-school)
There should only be MIN. cost to owning property; water/sewer (if not well/septic), police/fire (voluntary, I know I grew up w/ a vol. fire dept.), power, trash, others??.
Apt. owners have theirs rolled into the cost of their rent; condos would be like individual homes?

I’d rack it up there w/ ‘gas taxes’. Supposed to pay for the cost of roads/bridges/etc. but get siphoned off to XYZ; make the Law pertain to what it is being collected for, and any mis-use a felony.
